
Simulation-Based Education in Health Study Programmes
Welcome to the e-learning course Simulation-Based Education for health study programmes in Malawi and Tanzania. The course will provide you with theoretical knowledge about simulation-based education as a pedagogic method and prepare you for the face-to-face simulation course where you will practice the method together with other participants. The course consists of four modules. Each module includes learning objectives, a description of the content, questions to test your knowledge, and a reference list.
This e-learning module in Simulation-Based Education in Health Study programs has been developed as a part of the NORHED II project (2021 – 2026) Implementation of simulation-based education in Malawi and Tanzania. The course will be available until 31.12.2029.
The target population for the e-learning module in Malawi and Tanzania is:
1. Faculty in Nurse and Midwifery Higher Educational programmes
2. Nurse Preceptors in hospital and primary health care centres
3. Nursing and Midwifes students at Bachelor and Master level
